Team researches

In the early stages of vacancy work, our team researches through databases, networks, and recommendations, enabling us to present initial candidates within 2-3 days. 

We adjust requirements based on feedback and gather ample information during the kick-off call. With our meticulous approach and analysis, we typically provide up to 5 candidates for successful placement.

A thorough candidate selection

We have a thorough candidate selection process using agreed-upon questions with the client. Our recruiters compile detailed reports, saving you time by assessing candidates before the first client call. Our reports include contact information, salary expectations, notice period, and approved technical and non-technical questions.

We can also perform English language checks and provide code samples if required.

After a candidate is approved, we assist our clients with discussing work conditions, start dates, salary expectations, and other organizational matters.

Our team supports clients and candidates throughout the probationary period, from start to finish.

A Recruitment service tailored to your needs

We start with a deep needs analysis of your company, the culture, and create a profile of your ideal candidate. Tell us all about your ideal candidate, including the skills, attributes and experience they need to bring to the role. Help us understand the culture and what makes someone successful with your company. In this initial process, we will likely ask some questions you’ve never heard before.

We use a combination of searching our extensive candidate database, advertising and targeted search / headhunting, therefore ensuring a great fit. Our process is somewhat similar from position to position but when it comes to specific interview processes & questions, we have tailored questions & processes for sales, tech sales, marketing, management, IT / Tech and all of our recruitment specialties. Candidates are thoroughly vetted and deeply qualified before they get to you.

Sourcing

First and foremost here is as a result of our 20 years of recruiting and sales in Western Canada. Over that time, we have engaged more than 20,000 candidates. We know dozens of top candidates for most roles you need to recruit for. Many that work selectively with Archer Recruitment Services.

Qualifying

We review and analyse all resumes and interview candidates over video call or in person. From here, we’ve created some shortlists of top candidates in various silos. Once identified, candidates go through a further specific interview process depending on the role.

Candidate Selection

We arrange all interviews and help each party along the process. We offer our clients advice from interview procedures to contract and salary negotiations.
